Returns & refunds

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, candles must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging.

If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service to request a return authorization.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

We do not accept returns for used, burned, damaged, or improperly handled products.
